Algiers

Algiers, the capital of Algeria is largest metropolis of country and 2nd largest of Maghreb. Home to around 3,354,000 people, Algiers is a very attractive city with beautiful sightseeing options. The name (Algiers) is taken from an Arabic word "al-jazair" that interprets as the islands, representing 4 islands that lay off the coast of the city until becoming the part of mainland in the year 1525.
